Floyd Mayweather Sells Florida Mansion for $22 Million

Floyd Mayweather, legendary boxing champion and one of the highest-paid athletes in history, has sold his luxurious Miami Beach mansion for $22 million. The off-market deal marked another lucrative investment move for the retired fighter, who is as skilled in real estate as he was in the ring.

Details of the Sale

The 9,094-square-foot mansion, located at 288 S. Coconut Lane on Miami’s exclusive Palm Island, was sold by Fojoso LLC, a company managed by Mayweather in Las Vegas. The buyer, 288 SC LLC, is managed by Morris Betesh, the managing partner of Arrow Real Estate Advisors in New York.

The transaction price of $22 million equates to $2,419 per square foot. The buyer assumed a $13 million mortgage from Hankey Capital, making this deal a straightforward yet highly profitable exchange for Mayweather.

Mayweather originally purchased the property for $18 million in 2021, meaning he walked away with a $4 million profit—a substantial return in just two years. However, given that Mayweather famously earned $250 million from his 2015 bout with Manny Pacquiao, this deal is akin to pocket change for the undefeated champion.
