A Florida woman allegedly shot her own daughter after getting into an argument and threatening a Lyft driver and passengers. Melissa Valbrum, 32, reportedly got into a dispute with someone in the parking lot of the McDonald’s in Miami’s Pinewood neighborhood along Northwest Seventh Avenue near 91st Street, Local 10 reported.
