HOMESTEAD, Fla. – A second arrest has been made following a shooting in Homestead that left one person dead and another injured.
An arrest report confirms that Tedrick Monds, 31, of Florida City, was arrested Sunday on charges of second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
