AVENTURA, Fla. – A 36-year-old man from Reading, Pennsylvania was arrested last week after police said he left a child unattended in a Tesla Cybertruck at a Macy’s parking garage at the Aventura Mall.
Aventura police officers were dispatched to 19545 Biscayne Blvd. after receiving reports of a child left alone in a silver Tesla parked on the third level of the garage on Jan. 17, according to an arrest report obtained by Local 10 News on Tuesday.
Upon arrival, police said they observed the truck turned off with the rear left passenger window slightly lowered with a “small child” sleeping in a car seat in the rear right passenger seat just after 1:30 p.m…
