Key Biscayne’s Winn-Dixie grocery store won’t become an ALDI store after all, it seems.
Late Friday afternoon, an agreement was reached by a consortium of private investors to acquire Southeastern Grocers and its Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket banners from ALDI U.S.
The deal includes approximately 170 grocery stores in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida, as well as the existing Winn-Dixie liquor store business…
