Former Deputy Director and COO of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Edgar Domenech is sounding the alarm on illicit Chinese vapes currently pouring into the Florida market.
“It’s the gathering of all the kids that come down here whether it’s spring break, and you also got the ports of entry. Florida has always been a marketplace. The illicit tobacco community knows that. They’re utilizing Florida as a transshipment point of reference,” Domenech told the Floridian.
