‘Serial booster’ accused of stealing thousands in electronics from South Florida Target stores

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A man with a history of theft has been arrested in connection with a string of electronics heists at Target stores across South Florida over a three-month period, authorities confirmed Tuesday.

Investigators described suspect Xavier Charles Glass as a “serial booster” responsible for multiple thefts in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
