City National Bank of Florida (CNB) will expand its corporate headquarters and bring its Miami-Dade County-based workforce together under one roof when it moves into a new, 145,000-square-foot office at 2701 S. LeJeune Rd. in Downtown Coral Gables.
The Class A office building, which formerly served as the global headquarters for Bacardi USA, will be renamed as the City National Financial Center when the bank occupies its new space starting in 2026.
Founded in Miami in 1946, CNB now ranks among the two largest banks based in Florida and one of the 75 largest commercial banks in the U.S. by asset value, according to The Federal Reserve.
