‘7200 Collins’ to Offer 222 Luxury Units at 7200 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL

Construction is anticipated to start on a high-rise luxury condominium in this year’s fourth quarter. Located in Miami Beach, 7200 Collins will measure 12 stories above grade and offer 222 units, with homes ranging from 375 to 1,200 square feet each.

Floorplans will include studio to two-bedroom layouts; in-unit features include nine-foot-high ceilings, Italian-inspired cabinetry, and private terraces. Select units will come with unobstructed waterfront views. Sales recently launched starting at $600,000, with owners having the option of leasing them out for short-term rentals.

Communal amenities will span three floors (specifically floors three, eight, and the rooftop), offering a fitness center, swimming pool, and an outdoor movie theater, among other resort-style activities. The units will come fully furnished, designed by Coral Gables-based Adriana Hoyos Design Studio.

7200 Collins is more than upscale residences; it will also host close to 17,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Revuelta Architecture International designed the tower; Northlink Capital is the developer. It acquired the 25,000-square-foot site through an affiliate for $17.33 million in 2021. The New York-based firm secured approval a year later in 2022.

True to its namesake, 7200 Collins will soon rise at 7200 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL, 33141, in Miami-Dade County. The site’s address was formerly 7140 Collins Avenue.
