Two Honduran men indicted for multiple illegal U.S. reentries

MIAMI, Fla. (CBS12) — Two men from Honduras have been charged with illegally reentering the United States after being removed multiple times by a South Florida federal grand jury.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Marvin Wilton Max Ayala, known as Max Ayala, has been indicted for illegally crossing the border for at least the fifth time. Officials said that he was apprehended on April 1 after entering the country without inspection or permission from immigration officers.

The DOJ reported that Ayala has a long history with immigration authorities, having been removed from the country on several occasions: November 21, 2012; April 6, 2015; May 4, 2020; and August 5, 2021…
