Accomplished chef brings wine country vibes to the heart of Miami for almost two decades

In 2007, at just 22 years old, Chef Adrianne Calvo took a leap of faith. Inspired by the success of her first cookbook and a chance appearance on the Montel Williams Show, she opened her first restaurant – no partners, no investors, just ambition, grit, and a profound reverence for food. Her dream? To bring the spirit of Napa Valley to Miami – a place where food, wine, land, and people are intimately connected.

That dream became the iconic Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Bar. Today, it’s one of Miami’s most distinctive dining destinations, offering a hybrid experience that balances boutique creativity with a large, 270-seat footprint. Despite its size, the restaurant retains the soul of a chef-driven concept, with six private dining spaces, a rotating calendar of immersive monthly dinners, and a dedicated Vintners Reserve Club. It’s a place where wine isn’t just paired with food, but with atmosphere, storytelling, and sensory exploration.
