Bradenton, Miami Men Cited In Separate Wildlife Violations In Florida Keys

MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – Two individuals were cited in separate incidents Saturday for alleged wildlife violations in the Middle and Upper Florida Keys, according to reports from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

In the Middle Keys, Marine Deputy Willie Guerra was on routine patrol near Mile Marker 61.5 at approximately 2 p.m. when he encountered Pedro Abel Rodriguez San Roman, 53, of Miami, Florida. Rodriguez San Roman was allegedly found in possession of three queen conch.

Due to the violation, he was issued a mandatory notice to appear in court citation…
