MIAMI, Fla. (CBS12) — A Port St. Lucie man was arrested after getting off an international flight in Miami and now faces charges after a welfare check on four kittens revealed a history of harm and the mysterious deaths of seven others.
The Port St. Lucie Police Department (PSLPD) said that on June 16, Animal Control was requested to do a welfare check on four kittens at a home located on Southeast Anchor Lane.
