MARATHON — A 19-year-old Miami man was arrested Tuesday, June 17, after being accused of threatening another man with stolen handgun.
Damarcus Amari Butler was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of stolen firearm, grand theft of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and displaying a firearm while in commission of a felony, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
A 18-year-old man told deputies at approximately 3 p.m. that he was physically assaulted in Marathon by a group of individuals, including one who pointed a firearm at his head.
