The Miami Police Department has issued an alert seeking public assistance in locating a 67-year-old man named Carlos Palma Vidal, who has been reported missing from the downtown Miami area since last Thursday. According to a statement obtained by WSVN, Vidal was last seen dressed in a green shirt, his pants’ color remains unknown; he stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds.
