Four officers were justified when they shot and killed a man during a confrontation at a Homestead home last year, prosecutors said.
A July 10 memo from the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office cleared the Homestead Police officers in the shooting of 33-year-old Leandro Francisco Ledea Chong.
