Public records note that Miami-Dade County’s median income is currently $87,200 a month, meaning that for a one-person household to qualify for residency, they could earn no more than $104,160 annually. The homes would range from studio to two-bedroom layouts. Additionally, there would be 1,800 square feet of ground-floor retail, along with 56 parking spots.

Prior to the development’s anticipated groundbreaking in 2026, the automotive building on the site would be demolished. CWV Group is seeking incentives under the Live Local Act. The newly passed legislation intends to make housing more accessible in Florida’s competitive real estate landscape.
