Paperwork error at Doral car dealership leads to arrest of U.S. Coast Guard officer

A chief warrant officer with the U.S. Coast Guard says he was shocked and confused when he was handcuffed and put in the back of a squad car.

His lawyers say an error at a local car dealership is to blame after they mistakenly said his car was stolen. Now they’ve filed a lawsuit.
