Miami, FL – A Miami woman is facing felony charges after she allegedly hit a 72-year-old woman in front of a police officer on Saturday evening in Little Havana.
Marina Navarrete, 63, was reportedly at the location to retrieve stolen shoes just before 8 p.m. when the incident occurred.
