Authorities are searching for a pair of suspects who they said set a vehicle on fire in northwest Miami-Dade earlier this month.
The incident happened around 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 12 behind a home in the 1000 block of S. Biscayne River Drive in Biscayne Gardens.
