Hialeah man pulls knife on FWC officer confronting him for stealing Tylenol, Advil from Publix: Cops

HIALEAH, Fla. — Police arrested a Hialeah man on two criminal charges on Monday after they said he pulled a knife on and threatened to kill an off-duty state wildlife officer who confronted him for shoplifting.

According to Hialeah police, the incident happened just after 4:30 p.m. at the Publix at 1585 W. 49th St., next to the Westland Mall.
