A person was hospitalized and a suspect was detained after a shooting on Ocean Drive in Hollywood on Thursday, authorities said.
The shooting happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. at 3725 S. Ocean Drive, just south of the Diplomat Beach Resort, Hollywood Police officials said.
