MIAMI — Two undercover Miami police officers watched a shooting quickly unfold in front of them in the Liberty City neighborhood Monday morning, according to an arrest report.
Medics quickly took the victim to the hospital in critical condition, authorities said. Police apprehended the 53-year-old suspect, Marc Lermont Yearby, less than an hour later.
