PINECREST, Fla. — A 61-year-old woman was arrested early Tuesday morning after cellphone video went viral on social media, showing her berating children who were riding their bikes in Pinecrest.
Online jail records show Silvia Carmen Perez was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center at 5:50 a.m. on charges of robbery by sudden snatching and battery.
Her bond was listed as “to be set.”…
