HIALEAH, FL – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s (FDLE) State Assistance for Fentanyl Eradication (S.A.F.E.) Task Force arrested Eddie Junior Calle, 36, of Hialeah, on multiple drug charges. Calle faces one count each of trafficking in oxycodone, possession of crystal methamphetamine, ketamine, alprazolam, and marijuana, as well as two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
FDLE’s investigation began in August 2025 after receiving information that Calle was distributing fentanyl-laced methamphetamine in Hialeah. Undercover operations revealed he was selling and purchasing narcotics in Hialeah and Miami Springs.
On October 28, S.A.F.E. Task Force agents, assisted by Hialeah Police Department, arrested Calle and executed a search warrant at his residence, seizing a total of 116.5 grams of methamphetamine, crystal methamphetamine, oxycodone, alprazolam, and marijuana…
