Even after Friday’s fourth inspection since Sept. 30, a Navarro Pharmacy on the edge of Hialeah doesn’t have a valid food permit.
The Navarro at 845 E. Okeechobee Rd., within shouting distance of Miami, opened in September at the corner of Okeechobee Road and LeJeune Road.
“This food establishment is operating without a valid food permit and has not met all permitting requirements by providing approved documentation for water supply and sewage disposal,” according to Friday’s inspection by Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services inspector Francis Odio.
The actual violation reads, “Water is not received from the source through use of an approved public water main, or one or more of the following that are constructed, maintained, and operated according to law: a nonpublic water main, water pumps, pipes, hoses, connection, and other appurtenances, water transport vehicles, or water containers.”…
