These next two days, you must double-check every ingredient, from the turkey to the thyme, to make sure you’re not the person sprinting through the aisles at midnight looking for the last can of pumpkin purée. But let’s be honest: even the most organized Miami host can forget something crucial. Maybe you’re missing stuffing mix. Maybe your pie plan hinged on an extra can of pumpkin. Maybe someone just now told you they’re gluten-free. Whatever the crisis, a handful of grocery stores across Miami will be open on Thanksgiving to save the day.
