A Florida mother allegedly choked her teenage daughter during a quarrel about what investigators described as “cleaning a mess.”
Jamika Jackson, 36, is charged with child abuse in Miami following an attack that police say occurred the day before Thanksgiving. Jackson and her 16-year-old daughter got into a disagreement over cleaning.
“She got into a verbal dispute with [Jackson] over cleaning a mess,” the criminal complaint reads. “The victim stated as a result of the [Jackson] slapped her on the mouth with an open hand, and then threw her on the floor.”…
