Miami-based Integra Solutions is spearheading a multi-phase development set to reshape the city’s Brownsville neighborhood.
The project involves redeveloping the 144-unit Annie Coleman 15 and replacing it (and the surrounding parcels) with 905 residences: 303 in the first phase, 332 in the second phase, and 270 in the final phase. Specifically, there would be one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, along with 65 four-bedroom townhomes.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that the first phase will host the affordable housing aspect, with residency reserved for tenants earning 30 to 120 percent of the area median income (AMI). According to Miami-Dade County records, the county’s median household income is currently $87,200.
