A Huge Japanese Food Fest With 25+ Vendors Is Heading To Coconut Grove This Weekend Only – And It’s Free To Attend

If it’s been your dream to visit Japan, but your bank account isn’t exactly on board with the idea, then you’re in luck! For just one weekend, we won’t need to hop on a long flight to be whisked away to the streets of Tokyo. After making its debut in October, prepare to feast your way through dozens of Japanese vendors at JAPAN Fes as it makes its anticipated return to Miami.

Launched in New York in 2016, the event brings together thousands of visitors to celebrate Japanese culture and community through the culinary, music and art. It has grown significantly, featuring as many as 2,000 vendors globally and touching down in places like Paris, Texas, Florida and Tokyo, with organizers naming it the world’s largest Japanese festival.

On December 13 and 14, Miami attendees can expect more than 25 vendors offering a mouthwatering lineup of street food and tasty sweets, from yakisoba and onigiri to takoyaki, candied fruit and refreshing teas.
