A recent WalletHub analysis ranked Miami in the top 10 percent of cities for singles, comparing our region to more than 182 U.S. cities across 35 indicators to determine how dating-friendly they were. The ranking considered the share of each city’s population that is single, the number of online dating opportunities, and the average price of a two-person meal.
Are conditions for singles looking up? Just a year and a half ago, the data aggregation site Spokeo listed Florida dead last for finding love, adding to a list of other recent lowlights, such as Miami’s ranking as one of the vainest cities in America and Florida‘s recognition as the national capital for fraud.
