MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A Miami-Dade woman is facing several charges after a domestic incident that occurred on a busy highway.
Authorities said Gisell Mansur, 39, of Cutler Bay, was arrested at around 4 p.m. on Tuesday along the Palmetto Expressway near the exit for West Flagler Street.
