Miami’s acclaimed Vietnamese-Latin fusion restaurant has officially opened its second outpost in a new Miami neighborhood, and people are already loving it. Phuc Yea has just joined the culinary lineup at Regatta Grove overlooking Biscayne Bay, marking the first endeavor for Phuc Yea outside of its original location.
Helmed by chef Cesar Zapata and restaurateur Ani Meinhold, Phuc Yea has just unveiled a new iteration of its signature high-energy brand of modern Vietnamese cuisine. The new concession-style outpost is designed to complement the venue’s open-air style and social gathering atmosphere.
“We’re honored to join the Regatta Grove lineup and to be surrounded by some of the best chefs in Miami and in the country,” says Chef Zapata. “Ani and I have a deep respect for Grove Bay and Breakwater Hospitality Group, groups we’ve admired for years, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate. Bringing a little bit of Phuc Yea to Coconut Grove feels right, and we’re excited to share our flavors, our story, and the energy that defines us. We look forward to building more partnerships together in the future.”…
