If your last weekend before Christmas involves a search for last-minute gifts and high-stakes battles for parking, you’re likely headed to one of Miami’s biggest shopping destinations: Dolphin Mall. And this year, there’s a new reason to brave the holiday shopping madness: Primark is now open at the mall, marking the brand’s first-ever Miami location and its second in South Florida.
Primark, which opened at Sawgrass Mills in 2020, expanded its regional footprint into Miami on Tuesday, December 16. The European brand is a fast-fashion retailer in the vein of H&M, Zara, and the defunct Forever 21, selling a mix of everyday basics, home goods, and tempting impulse items.
With “women’s denim beginning at $12, men’s basic tees at $5, and children’s sweatshirts at $8, families can completely refresh their wardrobes at Primark for under $50,” the brand states in a release announcing the new store opening. The brand has also announced it will sell licensed collections from Disney and Netflix during the holidays, including merch from the latest and final season of Stranger Things.
