The Miami officers who fatally shot a woman with a knife in Edgewater were legally justified in their use of force, the state attorney’s office announced Sunday after reviewing bodycam footage.
The shooting happened on June 24, 2024 at around 10:30 p.m. in the area of Northeast 2nd Avenue and 25th Street.
