Zoo Miami reopens after Tuesday morning bomb threat

Zoo Miami reopened to staff and visitors on Tuesday afternoon after a bomb threat earlier in the day forced law enforcement to evacuate the facility.

“The security sweep at Zoo Miami has been completed and the park has been cleared to reopen by law enforcement,” the zoo said in a post on X. “No credible threat was identified, and Zoo Miami is now open.”
