This Viral Greek Yogurt Brand From Madrid Has Debuted Its First U.S. Flagship On Lincoln Road

Save room for dessert, Miami — MYKA has finally opened its first U.S. location right here in the city! The viral Greek yogurt brand from Madrid has landed at the historic Lincoln Theatre in South Beach.

Its recipe includes goat’s kefir and pasteurized milk to maintain high protein and probiotic benefits without any artificial additives. Like its other locations, the design-forward shop features its own in-store workshop where ice cream is made fresh daily.

Visitors can choose from classic, seasonal or vegan sorbet bases and over 30 gourmet toppings, including their famed baklava, fruit compotes and handmade crumbles.

MYKA is the brainchild of entrepreneurs Natalia Morales and Javier Ezquerro, who turned it into a global sensation across 16 countries in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Following the Miami Beach opening, which marks the first U.S. outpost, the brand intends to expand further into major American and Latin American markets throughout 2026.

“Launching MYKA’s first U.S. location at the Lincoln Theatre is a dream come true,” said Morales. “This flagship is our invitation for guests to experience the soul of Greek yogurt ice cream the way it was meant to be enjoyed.”…
