The No. 10-seed Miami Hurricanes saw their dream season come to an end on Monday, as they fell 27-21 to the No. 1-seed Indiana Hoosiers.
The title marked the first in program history for Indiana, which was led by Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Fernando Mendoza. As for the Hurricanes, their national championship drought stays alive, as they haven’t won a title since 2001.
