Flies and roach poop caused a mall food court chain’s Kendall location to fail inspection last week, a week after its Hialeah location also flopped inspection.
While all of Guaca-Mole’s Westland Mall problems flowed from a lack of potable water flowing, Guaca-Mole’s Dadeland Mall space had a few other problems beyond bugs and bug waste. The inspector found 15 violations, including three High Priority violations on Feb. 3.
