MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — A New York man is facing multiple charges after Miami Beach police said he was found driving a stolen rental truck with seven dogs living in “unsanitary conditions” inside.
Police identified the suspect as 39-year-old Micheal Freeman, of Long Island City, New York.
