MIAMI — Miami police arrested a 36-year-old woman this past weekend after officers said they found her and her 3-year-old daughter naked outside an Overtown home in what authorities described as “poor” living conditions.
Police said Roslain Arabi Perdomo was taken into custody just before 8 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Northwest Fourth Avenue and Northwest Eighth Street, west of Interstate 95.
According to Perdomo’s arrest report, an officer on routine patrol “observed a nude adult female with a nude female child” on the corner and stopped to ask if she needed assistance…
