A pastor at a Miami-Dade church was arrested after he allegedly inappropriately touched a 15-year-old victim, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.
Elco Vallier, 50, was arrested last week in Palm Beach County. He is a pastor at Theophile Church Miami, located at 15201 Northwest 7th Avenue.
According to the sheriff’s office, the victim said Vallier fondled her and “attempted to kiss her on several occasions, while on church grounds.”
The victim’s mother also reported that she “read inappropriate text messages the subject sent her daughter, which caused her concern.”…
