Drone Tech And Quick Perimeter Snares Miami Man After Early Morning Florida Keys Break-In

A 39-year-old Miami man is behind bars today following a high-tech game of hide-and-seek with law enforcement in the Florida Keys. Williams Alonso was taken into custody in the early hours of Thursday morning after a reported vehicle burglary turned into a foot pursuit through a Key Largo neighborhood.

The incident began around 3:30 a.m. when the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the 100 block of Bahama Avenue. A resident’s security camera had captured a man breaking into a vehicle, providing deputies with a clear description of the suspect.
