Coconut Grove BID Operations Report
A core function of the Coconut Grove Business Improvement District (BID) is maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming public realm throughout the district. Working in close coordination with the City of Miami and local stakeholders, the BID’s Operations staff and its Block-by-Block (BBB) ambassador team conducts daily monitoring, maintenance reporting and rapid-response service support to address quality-of-life issues affecting businesses, residents and visitors.
