Authorities have identified the man arrested for allegedly stealing a dump truck in Miami and fleeing on foot.
Carlton Moss, 42, was arrested on Thursday, after Miami Police officials said the owner of the dump truck woke up and realized the vehicle was gone.
An employee said a construction crew rented the truck and left it at their worksite near Miami shores Wednesday. The owner was able to track it down thanks to a GPS tracker and found it in the area of Northwest 17th Avenue and Northwest 66th Street, police said…
