MIAMI SHORES, Fla. — A 28-year-old Miami Gardens mother was behind bars on Friday, accused of child neglect in Miami Shores, records showed.
Police officers found a little girl on Thursday at the parking lot of a Dollar Tree store at 9055 Biscayne Boulevard, according to an arrest report.
