A woman facing a murder charge in the drug overdose death of a woman visiting Miami for last year’s Ultra Music Festival has been granted bond.
A judge granted 27-year-old Charlene Forti a $250,000 bond with house arrest at a hearing Wednesday.
If she posts bond, she’ll be on total lockdown with a GPS monitor, won’t be allowed to leave her home and must surrender her passport.
Prosecutors had been seeking to have Forti held without bond while she awaits trial but Judge Ellen Sue Venzer questioned them about why they waited a year to file charges…
