Brickell Snags KKR as Finance Giant Opens Miami Hub

KKR, the New York private-equity giant, has planted a permanent flag in Miami, officially opening a Brickell office on Friday in one of the neighborhood’s Class A towers. The new hub is set up to serve institutional and private-wealth clients across Latin America, adding another heavyweight name to Miami’s fast-growing financial district.

According to the South Florida Business Journal, KKR has taken space at 600 Brickell Avenue inside Brickell World Plaza. Reporter Eman Elshahawy noted in a March 27, 2026 piece that the office is designed to handle KKR’s client work across Latin America, sharpening the firm’s focus on cross-border business from a Miami base.
