Easter Sunday brunch returns in style at new Luma

As Key Biscayne residents rediscover the new innovations at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, which recently reopened after a $100 million transformation, a lot of attention and conversation has been centered around the transformation of the previous Lightkeepers space.

Luma, a modern 310-seat restaurant with sun-lit interiors and cuisine inspired by Italy’s coastal regions, is now home to the former Lightkeepers.

Luma will also bring back one of the Island’s more popular dining events, the Easter Sunday buffet. Luma’s Executive Chef Patrizio La Gioia and his team have elevated the Easter brunch experience with a selection of Italian inspired dishes, along with a raw bar featuring oysters, caviar and crab.

For beverages, there is a Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary bar stocked with bacon, olives, celery, Tajin and more. There’s also a special Love Story Mimosa Station, with a variety of juice offerings and berry garnishes…
