A man who was shot by a Miami police officer after an argument at a downtown hotel is in stable condition and being accused of several crimes including aggravated battery on an officer.
Around 7:30 a.m. Saturday, a person at the YVE Hotel on Northeast Second Street at Biscayne Boulevard flagged down an officer to report an “unruly, shirtless man in his 20s who was causing a disturbance,” the Miami Police Department said Monday.
